I don't know if anyone of you have seen this, but check this out:

It's very cool to see an Deaf news anchor signing on TV! :D
 
Is he Deaf or someone who knows sign language because he is talking with the other two, right?

Anyway, cool..is that in Rochester as they said? How often do they do it? They say it's Deaf awareness week or something. The image and captioning is a bit blurred, so it's hard to see.
 
He looks pretty Deaf to me, I think, because he is very fluent in ASL. And it is possible he had interpeters standing off-screen for him to see what the other two people are saying. (You can notice the way the woman glanced briefly once or twice over her shoulder to the right, probably to look at the interpreter, I believe). And yes, it looks like it was from Rochester. But I don't know how often they did it, though....
 
He is Deaf, and did you see his interpreter? Look closely at the end of the show, and you see a man with gray beard...
