Wow. I am glad he won. My question is why did he wait three years to throw a lawsuit? I would not put up with it for three years.

Its not as easy as it might look to sue, requires evidence, investigation, witness, good lawyer,etc etc then it can be dragged on by appeals, delay then finally win. It sometimes isn't worth it unless ur ready to fight. That's my guess

I remember that he explained to me why he waited for this time of period; however, I forgot details.

I know he had used one of his lawyers that is Deaf.

Canada has no statute of limitations.
