deaf man handcuffed, wins settlement

Obviously his son was pissed so he caused trouble. Was he arrested for falsely reporting?

Alot of cops still disrespect deaf people unfortunately. I doubt that it will ever stop. There should be a federal law that prohibits any LEO to arrest a deaf person without an interpreter unless he/she's a threat.
