She lives in a world of silence. So does he. But even if he couldn't hear her screams, police said, the 18-year-old deaf youth knew that what he did to a 13-year-old deaf girl was wrong.

The youth, Rafael Moley, sexually assaulted the girl Saturday night in a city park, police said.

Moley knew his victim because both attended a school for the deaf, cops said.

The assault allegedly occurred at a gathering in Harrowgate Park, near the intersection of Tioga Street and Kensington Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia.

Police said Moley forced the girl to perform oral sex on him.

Both were interviewed by police yesterday using sign-language interpreters. Moley subsequently was charged with indecent deviate sexual intercourse and statutory sexual assault, according to police.

When I did an ER rotation while I was a CNA, we had a young couple who was brought in. Both were DOA, she of chocking to death and he of massive blood loss.

Oral sex while he was driving, had an accident and she did end up biting it off. The crash caused her to swallow and choke. That was the worst thing I have ever had to deal with.

OMG! I've never head of anything like that before ever! Wow they really should have waited till they got home. DOA is dead on arrival? If so, holy cow that would be an awful way to go.

Bet you never heard of this but I did happen to a couple of classmates of mine years ago.
This couple were making out in a car, in a lovers lane at night and a cop knew the area well. The cop on seeing a car parked in a dark spot, put his flashlight into the car and the couple was in the act of full intercourse. The shock of the light and cop scared the girl so much that the boy's thing was stuck in the girl's thing. This is known to happen with dogs (really!).
so the cop did not know what to do but called the local ER for instructions.
The solution was to shake up a can of soda (we had no bottles in those days) and without notice pop it in the face of the young couple. The spray from the soda into the face of them cause the girl's thing to relax and they could pull apart. Can you imagine the next month at H.S. for them!!!!
