Firstly let me introduce myself, my name is Ste and I am a partially deaf 28 yr old from the UK. I wear an hearing aid in my left ear and I was in and out of hospital for most of my childhood with various ear problems.
Let me cut to the chase, I occasionally write articles for a video gaming related website and I am thinking about writing a short opinion piece about deaf video gamers.
I would however like to include comments/opinions from other deaf or partially deaf gamers about their experiences with games in general, whether these experiences are good, bad or indifferent it doesnt really matter at this point I just want to hear from you at this stage.
At this moment in time the article is in its initial stages and I am not entirely sure at this moment where I am going to go with it however I guarentee that I will not be making fun out of anybody who is fully/partially deaf, I merely wish to highlight a deaf gamers experiences while playing these games.
