Deaf Dad Plans To Cycle Britain Before He Goes Blind - The Daily Record
A DEAF dad who is going blind is to cycle the length of Britain before he loses his sight.
Bob Nolan, 50, will be joined by his deaf wife Louise for the 1000-mile trip by tandem.
He hopes to raise thousands of pounds for the DeafBlind Scotland charity, who he chairs.
The dad of three from Aberdeen has been losing his sight for 25 years and says this summer's trip from John O'Groats to Land's End is his last chance to see the UK.
He added: "I want to raise some serious money."
