Kentucky State Police say a deaf Breathitt County man was shot and killed in his own home today.
It happened at a mobile home on state road 542 around one this afternoon. The family says 46 year old Ralph Spencer lived there alone. They say he was a kind person who would never want to hurt anyone.
It was his friend who was supposed to take him to the grocery store this morning that found his body in the living room.
Police say they are still looking for the person or people who did it. If you have any information you're asked to call State Police.
