We have a wonderful white boxer female, 3 years old, named Hope, who is deaf. Unfortunately, Hope is not adapting to the unpredictableness of our toddler very well. We are looking for a loving, patient home for her.

Hope knows basic signs and is kennel trained. She would excel in a home with no small children, and requires an owner who is a strong leader and willing to work with her on some obedience issues.

For more information, please email me at jill.rademacher@yahoo.com.

So are you in Kansas? Or Missouri? I rescue deaf dogs, although I don't have room for more now, but I am not the only one who does.

Hi jr

Botti gave you a good link, there's also a new one with contacts in my area- D2Care, Deaf Dog Connections, Advocacy, Resources & Education, Inc. <Deaf Dog Connection, Advocacy, Resources and Education, Inc.> . I met one of the local organizers and some double-merle Danes available for adoption at my local pet rescue/networking event where I have sometimes assisted at the Rottie booths. Now you have both my and Bott's idea so maybe you can get some more advice-

Good Luck also-
