Deaf and Dumb in the Koran Queran

to me, they are not called us deaf and dumb! they called hearing people who is not listen to quran, they ignore them and noot listen to it, they called deaf and dumb. thats all.

I agree, you have to look at the verses around this one. If you take it out of context, sure it looks like they're damning deaf people but I don't think that's what they're trying to say. In context it's condemning people who say "oh yeah I listen, I believe" but have actions that show otherwise. The Bible has a similar message.

read the chapter as a whole and decide for yourself.

Also just do a search for deaf Muslim and you'll see there are many many deaf Muslims world wide.
