Daycare worker confess to sex abuse 23 children!!

Why did they hire him in the first place? He still looks like a teenager. I don't think he has that kind of experience and/or college degree, yet he was hired. Now they are fucked up.
 
Daycare is ALREADY very expensive, if we add more stringent requirements for daycare, the rate is going shoot up way more than average families could afford. Degrees does not make one immune to sex offending. Even if one already have a degree, they can molest without us knowing it.

The problem here is we are way too focus on sex offender registry and forget those who have not offend yet and has potentials. You will be surprise, perfect example Jerry at Penn state, no one knew for years and he was not even on sex offender registry at all.
