Sigh, I hate it when reporters do this. This guy has FAS. That should have been the leader. It also sounds like this guy almost needs a secure mental facillity.

The characterization sounded accurate, Deafdyke. He very well could have comorbid issues along with FAS. But, if he does, then I agree with you. He needs to be in a secure mental facility treating the mental illness. At least, he won't be offending. I don't know what to make of the sexual offenses. He doesn't exactly sound like a soul-less sociopath, but at the same time, he shouldn't be out running amok to commit the offenses that he is.
