Coworker competency issues

Well, I'm just saying that no one like to hear complainers. It’s better to leave it to bosses to deal with somebody who did not do their job.

One thing I learned from my old job (I had close friends working in HR department), HR people HATE to do job interview. They willing to “overlook” anything employees are doing bad, so that they can avoid do all terminate, job interview, and hiring paperwork. I don’t know if it’s similar problem OP saw.
