Minnehaha County leaders renewed agreements with Communication Services for the Deaf to provide services to county departments and courts through next year.
The agreement will run from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2008, according to Gordy Swanson, Chief Civil Deputy State’s Attorney.
The following hourly rates apply from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., 6 p.m. to 12 a.m., and 12 a.m. to 7 a.m., respectively: the standard rate will be $45 / $55 / $65; weekend and holiday rates will be $55 / $65 / $65; emergency rates will be $82 / $85 / $85; and legal rates will be $59 / $62 / $62.
