LEXINGTON, N.C. (AP) — Do you have change for a million-dollar bill?

Police say a North Carolina man insisted his million-dollar note was real when he was buying $476 worth of items at a Walmart.

Investigators told the Winston-Salem Journal (Lexington man charged with making a fake $1 million bill and trying to spend it | JournalNow.com ) that 53-year-old Michael Fuller tried to buy a vacuum cleaner, a microwave oven and other items. Store employees called police after his insistence that the bill was legit, and Fuller was arrested.

The largest bill in circulation is $100. The government stopped making bills of up to $10,000 in 1969.

Fuller was charged with attempting to obtain property by false pretense and uttering a forged instrument. He is in jail on a $17,500 bond, and it isn't clear if he has an attorney. He is scheduled to be in court Tuesday.

That sucker must be on crack or dope something! Only real idiots will ever try pass that note.
 
Was that $1M bill passed by one of religious group. I have one. I found it on WM parking lot and also another one in neighborhood while during my delivery job. I left it in glove compartment and remember I have it when I saw the posting. My kids wowed and wish it was that real. :giggle:

The guy who won "Dawin Award" need to know that he should look at back of $1M bill have message about believing Jesus. Sheesh!! What Inept Idot was!!

IF you want clearer image, I would be happy to re-take photo with another webcam which is clean and very sharp so you can read the details ect..

Instead of charging him, he should had been laughed out of the store for exhibiting a large amount of stupidity. But no, now the taxpayers have to pay for his meals and boarding. Not to mention the legal costs.

:rofl: I agreed with you 110% I think WM is afraid of discrimination lawsuit from him for being stupid. I don't mind them calling cop on him and have sanity test. He may be mentally ill.

Interesting, Catty....never seen one around, sure I would sort of freak out if I did :giggle:....haven't seen anymore of those $2 bills around either....used to have one of 'em.
 
Our Deaf club has one under the glass on the desk as you come in the door. they have a lot of those types of bills in there. They even have one that is a $1000 bill with Ben Franklin and his right hand has the "ILY" sign. :giggle:

If I ever find any more of these (I'm sure there will be more of them in my area). I would be more than happy to ask them to give me wad of 1M bills and mail it to you :rofl:

:giggle:....I'd take it to my Bank and make a "$1M deposit"....If I got any flack from 'em...I'd tell them I'd take my business elsewhere and that I'd been a member of this bank for 40 years!"....*sigh*...then you might find me posting from "the Looney Bin"....

Both "signature" print that you can't exactly read. on Left it says "Deptartment of Eternal Affair (signed) and Right says "Secretary of Visual Media (signed) Middle of bill is pix of 19th US President Rutherford B. Hayes. on left hand side under Eagle symbol says "THIS NOTE IS NOT LEGAL TENDER FOR ALL DEBTS, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE"

I am not trying to proselyting religion but it's the example of what it looks like. You can even see stamp print "Calvary" with phone number on it next to Rutherford B. Hayes picture. It's not of my religion tho and not of my business too.

Anyone finding this 1M bills would know where it exactly came from. It can be on parking lot or stuck on car windshield, or sidewalk in order to tempt people to snach it before they realized it's religious advertising. I see them mostly downtown Kansas City, Missouri, Eastern Johnson County, KS and sometime Olathe, Kansas. They do distribute them during Halloween season or drop in candy bag during trick n treating night. I did saw wad of them on one of the booth in Craft Fair (It's free to take tho. They don't care if you snatch a wad of them and run :deal: )..

I won't be surprised that idiot would take that dang seriously and rush to cash it in. It'll be really humiliating if he finds out :rofl:

Please don't go ugly over this post due to religious 1M bill that I found. I just basically showing you pix of what it look like so keep it to yourself please.

Maybe he did on purpose to get in jail. Free warm home and meal.
 
Unbelievable! I opened both links and I didnt see his mugshot. I bet'cha he is a dumb ass hippy. :lol:
