Officer Previously Stopped Cook For Traffic Violation

EVESHAM, N.J. -- A former cook at a New Jersey restaurant is getting 15 days in jail for adding an unwelcome ingredient to a police officer's bagel sandwich.

Twenty-seven-year-old Ryan Burke admitted putting his own pubic and chest hairs in the sandwich in February 2010. He pleaded guilty to aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and retaliation for a past official action.

The Courier-Post of Cherry Hill reports a judge sentenced Burke last week to 15 days in prison, to be served on weekends. He's also ordered to serve two years of probation.

Authorities say the Evesham police officer had previously stopped Burke for a traffic violation.

Am wondering how they could tell the difference between the chest hair and the pubic hair?....Guess you guys can answer that?
 
lol thats way over the top, for both sides. its insanity, jail is not fair, maybe a send of to the waxing parlour as a punishment LOL, and be forced to supply for 3 months worth of free 1 at a time (like probation order) like perhaps having a probation officer go collect and check tick 1 per day off then pass the Bagels to the policeman. in my opinon that would be sensible sentencing.
 
I say if the cook was acting that childish, then they should have given him a childish sentence/punishment.

"Public" hair ??...You mean "Pubic" hair....HAHA!...Anyway, guess the "curly" pubic hair got caught in his teeth....yUk!....What an awful thought!

:lol: it's funny to read it. But it reminds me of an artist girl always ate her hair as her habit while she painted something. Until she suffered the pain from her stomache and died. Later, doctors found a huge hairball in her stomach. :shock:
