Volcomskatz is right. HIV is thought to have originated from the logged rainforests of Africa. The virus spread rapidly due to prostitution along the Mombasa-Kinsasha Highway in the middle of the African continent. Once on the highway, HIV spread through the major transportation channels of the world and ended up becoming a global issue.

It is not BS because I personally have seen the NAMBLA parade along with the Gay and the Lesbian Alliance in their annual city parade events. I was on a resturant roof next door to Barnes and Nobles, well away from the glbt crowd and right there clear as day, the NAMBLA was parading and the glbt did not even bat an eye. They even welcomed them with open arms before the start of the parade and I actually saw them hugging each other when my friends were driving by for lunch and from my friend's car, I watched them at the stop light talking like they were old buddies. It was very sickening and that is something I never have ever forgot because I know it to be true !!!!!

FYI, Heath, NAMBLA used to be welcome in the gay community. Was the parade you went to in the early '80's or late '70's? That is b/c the gay community thought boys meant older teen boys who IDd strongly as gay. But NAMBLA meant boys as in actual kids. When the community realized this, they dumped NAMBLA and drove it underground. Matter of fact, the FBI classifies NAMBLA with other pedophile societies. Did you know there are pedophile societies? Many if not most if not all of them are for hetrosexual MEN who get off on being attracted to or abusing little girls! It's hetrosexual males who commit MOST pedophile offenses!

The "references" cited for their collection of information is all from 1994 or older (TWELVE YEARS AGO!).

Now, on a gut feeling, I checked just ONE of those cites, #12 about "50% of females on death row are lesbians." According to the one article I read, only FOUR female inmates out of 92 sentenced to death since 1973 were lesbians. FOUR. Out of NINETY TWO. That's 4.3%, NOT 50%.

That was just one spot check before I'm off for bed. I'm sure that many or even most of those 29 "references" Heath's quoted article uses are fake or made up as well. Heath, you might want to make sure your cites aren't liars. That's un-Christian. Would you believe that these Republicans are liars, if their cites are made up?
