Conference to be held on deaf-blindness

A conference on deaf-blindness, "A Real Vision," will be held 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Feb. 22 at the Virginia Air & Space Center, 600 Settlers Landing Road, Hampton.

A continental breakfast and lunch will be served; child care is not provided.

Guest speakers will be Ralph B. Warner II, National Resource Center for Deaf-Blindness, and Julie Jones, who has worked in the deaf-blindness field for more than 30 years.

Representatives from the Virginia Department of Special Education Dispute Resolutions and Administrative Services will discuss special education, regulations and revision process.

There will be exhibitors from other organizations to share additional resources.
