I've been a comcast customer for many years and have always been irked at the fact that some movies on comcast have CC and others don't. Even some movies that require payment don't have CC.
I think there needs to be some kind of action taken against Comcast for not providing CC for the movies they have on demand for the Deaf. If some movies have CC why not all of them?
I had the same issue with A&E, mainly their DVDs. The shows would have CC on them when they were broadcasted. When I decided to buy a season of a certain show there were no CC provided or subtitles at all. Needless to say I was very angry.
is there any kind of device I can hook up to my TV to caption movies with none?
My tv automatically does this but I'd like to be able to enjoy an anime movie every now and then which typically they do not have CC with them if they are dubbed in english.
