Golf course in Ft Worth.....we have a barn for member carts.

In small towns here in Kansas and Missouri, They are allowed to ride regular golf cart downtown on street alongside cars and trucks.. City council approved it due to high gas price and many of resident can't afford gas that's why. I read it on newspaper several years ago when gas price was hoovering $4 that time.
