Just mentioned it because of your statement regarding a decision made based on research in your prior post that I was responding to. It is misleading.

The decision made on research was made by the mom of the blog who adopted 2 kids from Europe, one who was around 4 I believe at the time of adoption. The research was hers and in the individual case mentioned was valid for that family. (it was personal research) The link for that blog was posted on one of these CS threads.. And I did state in my reply that I who I was talking about and made it clear it was not about this article, which I did call and article which it is. And a very interesting one to.
