Cinnamon Monkey Bread
Ingredients:
2 cans biscuits
6 Tbsp. melted margarine
Combine:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup pecans
Direction:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Cut each bisuits into three pieces.
3. Put several teaspoons of margarine in the bottom of a loaf pan.
4. Sprinkle several teaspoons of sugar mixture over margarine -- then sprinkle a few pecans.
5. Coat biscuits with cinnamon - sugar mixture.
6. Put one layer on top of margarine, sugar - cinnamon mixture, and pecans.
7. Sprinkle some of the margarine over the biscuits.
8. Sprinkle some of the sugar mixture and pecans over the biscuits.
9. Continue to layer, until all is used.
10. Bake at 375 degree till brown, about 20 - 25 minutes. Place foil over top of pan the last few minutes of baking to prevent the top from drying out.
11. Check center of loaf for doneness.
12. Cool 5 minutes and invert on serving plate.
