Children should be taught how to use emergency phone numbers here's why...

There's a whole section of "Kids call 911 to save parents" on Google. I like to read some of these stories.

Yeah I heard of amazing stories on TV about small kids calling 911 and saving
their mom or someone life and even help delivering a baby.

I remember that Rescue 911 episode when the mom was alone with her son, and had to deliver the newborn on her own before the ambulance got there. That was 20 years ago,

I used to LOVE that show when I was a kid...some of those episodes really stuck with me...I remember an ep where someone accidentally rolled over their grandchild with a lawnmower...I always went inside when my dad brought the lawn mower out of the garage

So did I. Know where I got my fear of being crushed? Yeah, from that show, when there were runaway boxcars that hit a car.

It was popular during the early and mid 1990's, and served as good education for some of us. I myself found it useful.

In the early 1990's there as a TV show "Rescue 911" with William Shatner as host. It showed the reenactments of the day the emergency happened and stories of children calling 911 for emergency. I think we should have that back to put more educations for children in case of emergency.

I agree. It would go a long way in educating today's children about what to do in an emergency.
