dark chicken are best for chicken cassrole but you can use white chicken if you want. I hope that you have rice cooker. Please don't buy rice box. Just buy long grain rice bag.

4 to 5 chickens
Lemon juice
Garlic clove (chopped)
One big can cream of chicken soup
1 or 2 cups Cooked rice
half cup monterey jack cheese and other half too (Shredded)

put chickens and water into big pot. drop lemon juice like 4 times or more in pot and put chopped garlic too.

Use rice cooker, put rice with water

Chicken must be done. Pull the skin off and throw the skins away. pull their white or dark stuff off from bones. Make them to be small. Save the juice water from boil chicken pot. Use half cup of this.

Put chickens and rice into a bowl and pour the juice water. then Pour the cream of chicken soup. mix together. Then add half cup of cheese and mix again.

Use Cassole bowl and put chicken mix into this bowl. Put other half cup of cheese on top. Cover the foil. Bake them in oven at 350 degree for 30 min
