Mortgage Solutions - CherryFind adds facility for deaf consumers
CherryFind, the online searchable database for consumers seeking financial, mortgage and insurance advice, has launched a specific offering to consumers who are deaf or hard of hearing.
The CherryFind site now includes an introductory video using British Sign Language detailing how the site works and how deaf or hard of hearing consumers can be directed to advisers who are appropriately trained and keen to work with them.
CherryFind is also working with the RNID to encourage more advisers to participate in specific training courses to aid them in their advisory practices with this consumer group.
Donna Hopton, director of CherryFind, commented: “Given the current changing economic landscape and the impending recession, there has never been a more important time for consumers to have access to caring and impartial financial advice they can trust.
