Cheap but powerful gaming PC

Kind of got me wondering - if you put pantyhose on vent, do you check it frequently to make sure it does not build up and block the airflow?

no. I'm not a gamer but I have opened up my case to fix/upgrade something and I saw how filthy pantyhose got in short time.

so just saying that it's something to think about. "you get what you pay for".

cheap pantyhose.... and what you get? very dirty air filter in short time. I just simply use air duster and blast'em out. I don't recommend this solution if you're a serious gamer or a serious power user. why? you paid a lot of money for CPU, video card, hdd, etc...... and yet you buy cheap-ass air filter/cooling system? come on... it's silly lol.

it's like buying a very expensive house with cheap crappy A/C that can't even cool up a living room.

that's why i have came up with a solution: i got my old trusty h50 from corsair. its a sealed liquid cooling system. a great cooling for CPU. I'm still using it. about now 3 years around. little dust because i do have a wood floor :p that's a plus. best thing is if you have a wood floor meaning less dust.

yea my friend did similar thing. it's clever. much less dust that way. water cooling is nice but....... I wouldn't be too thrilled about having water inside expensive computer when there is a risk of malfunction :eek3:

keep in mind that if your system is sealed, it's probably a bad idea because of hot + cold air together inside a computer. what do you get if you have cold and hot air together? a condensation. it's little tricky.

I cqn tell you this two thing is first test it before put it on and if it leak l. Corsair will pay whole pc sets.
Hats their policy. Cosair is only one i trust. Plus my h50 is soo cold with a push/pull fan. It still feel new as i left but i have used it for research for a project, faceboom, and gaming mostly yea

And my sealed liquid system had a speciall chemical inside that will run for long time.

I mean what about 5 months later and then it leaks? :eek3:
 
I have Consair H60 and it looks like it's pretty sealed and it might take some serious prying to open it. There is another cooling system that I don't really trust - the one that you put special cooling liquid in PC case - that seems it would cause leak if you did something wrong. But not Consair. I would recommend Consair to anyone who wanted best CPU cooling. :)

in the past,the company,corsair used to make memory ram, after that the Co. got great rep,then made a power supply, then now liquid cooling system product! Theyre pretty popular for build a pc. In fact, i got corsair 750tx PSU, then got h50. Its running great :)

the thunderbird, but the T-bred, thats' the later ones you cant pencil trick it, only on the pre-XP models...actually Right before it...then couple years later XP1700s from mobiles, (and 2100's) are unreal overclockers...(i had one - AUIHB steppings)

is that the one with the Vikings ship with 3 sails? as the logo? then thats a Corsair... a Corsair is a type of Vikings war ship....
have a look at the logo closely...
otherwise as you said it's a Consair, but im pretty sure you meant Corsair...

cool up?? strange way of saying that, did you meant cool down? and or warm up not warm down (oh theres such thing as warming down from a long distance running indeed but cool up? hmmm maybe its your regional dialect (in states?) have that difference?

i used to have a 2100 in the past. pretty fun to play on starcraft lol
