CBS Censors Ads

During this year's Super Bowl, you'll see ads sponsored by beer companies, tobacco companies, and the Bush White House. But you won't see the winning ad in MoveOn.org Voter Fund's Bush in 30 Seconds ad contest. CBS refuses to air it. This is not a partisan issue. It's critical that our media institutions be fair and open to all speakers. CBS is setting a dangerous precedent, and unless we speak up, the pattern may continue. Watch the ad and join the call for CBS to air ads which address issues of public importance today.

I have heard about CBS's refusal to air the moveon.org ads. Good is that Janet Jackson's boob show sure got CBS in a titty uproar and in trouble with the Super Bowl advertisers, the NFL and the Feds.

I cant really stand reading Big Media stuff. I get better news and views at http://www.democraticunderground.com than from the repig media. Also excellent source of unbiased news is http://www.indymedia.org

Plus, let's not forget that they were to air the Reagans movie, but then they refused to and Showtime got it instead.

It show us that CBS is a big Bush supporter.

Yeah but not only CBS is a Repig supporter.....ABC, CNN, Faux News, MSGOP, all under the influence of the right wing. Sheep leading sheep.....
