Bad year. We were very sick, and my stepmother went to the hospital and now to a rehab facility due to pneumonia.

I caught another sinus infection, hopefully it will just stay at that and move on....lol

Good time to spray with alcohol around the house...and use antibacterial wipes wherever you go...and of course, washing ur hands....(especially family and kids...after going to work and school)

So knock-on-wood...so far I'm good...haven't had a cold or the flu in years....

I think I may have a sinus infection lurking. Will get a headache if I bend over but it goes away quickly. Also smells like there might be an infection. But my sinuses aren't hurting or even "running". Am taking OTC sinus meds also.

I cant smell or taste anything, my tongue feels like its coated in slime? Cooked bacon this morning, no smell, no taste... sucked.

Everyone around me has been getting sick. Friends, family, coworkers... you name it! Luckily I haven't caught it yet.... I tend to only get sick once every year or two... but when I do get sick it's a doozy! Hopefully I'll avoid it all this year. GET BETTER!!!

Winter is approaching, even in the Fall, it is cabin fever time whether you live in the city or in the bush. I hate to get sick in the Winter. But that is life, eh?
