HELLO??? Honda is from Japan! That's forgein car. It is Sequioa's choice to buy Honda. Honda is very good car. I would buy either Toyota, Honda or Saturn. Never again buy American car. They are SUCKS!!!

Did you know I hate American car too? I never buy any american car all in my life cuz it's slow and waste gas.

We have same car as yours, 2000 Honda Civic Ex. we love it.
I used to have Jetta hit by my boss three years ago and damaged on the side of door. It only costed her 800 dollars to fix it and repaint. And yours, wow way too deep.

No, I didn't take it to other auto body shop, yet. I haven't heard a no or yes from my boss at the company. Thanks for asking.

It's bad enough that your car had to be hit by your boss's vehicle and to get it dented. I could not believe how costly it could be for the repairs. It is good that your boss had admitted his faults on this and was willing to help you for the repairs. I can only hope that the transistion will go smoothly for you. You're lucky to have a boss who will do this because not many of them would go as far as your boss would do. Since you said your car is driveable, That is a good thing because I would rather have a driveable car than having NO car at all. Yeah I'd be crazy and insane if I had NO car at all, lol.

The auto body uses geniune honda parts that's why its expensive. Its a auto body that specializes in foreign only cars.
 
i thought insurance will request 3 estimates from 3 different body shop for low bidding .. the lowest one will get to do the job! .. thats what mine did when cop hit my car .. so took pic of car and got 3 estimates and koch's got the lowest bidding so they did fix the job! i was happy with it.. jeez at cop.. ugh!

yeah that made sense due to the fact that foregin vehicles have expensive parts when compare to american parts they are cheap..cuz they are not made in America but their country. sometimes not always in stock.. have to order and wait and wait.. i woudl know cuz my sons father have Toyota 85 4 x4 truck who he call his BABY.. lol.. when he need parts.. he have to order and wait for at least like 3 weeks or so.. then they finally came in and he would fix it himself.. as hes a mechanic..

i noticed that cars n trucks that are made on mon or fri sucks.. when cars n trucks are made on during tues thru thurs always are good n solid .. very dependable.. i dont know if i m the only one who notice this?? lol.. what about one of you?? ha.. :)
 
expensive to get car to repaired UGH hope everything will work out to repair

same here my sister in law and my brother might have to get their car to repair from the reason is that my sister in law was in car accident yesterday on her way to work in Barkeley from San Francisco but she is ok but little sore she was reared end by tolley car that brake had fail to stop

lucky my baby niece wasn't in the car whew

i am still zombie after hearing the news but relief that she is ok hope this weekend will make me forget all the drama i wish to be there to help sighs
 
Got that Honda fixed yet? Holy batwoman, that sucks, but nice of the supervisor to be very honest!

My hb was in a fender bender last year - t'was the other driver's fault, and the cost was about $1,000 to fix that rear bumper.... but guess what? Hb just put rocks behind the rear bumper so there is no big dent anymore.. and pocketed $1,000. I was shocked. LOL but it's an old Nissan anyway...... blås i det! The money went into other bills instead.

Jetta is foreign car too from Germany. :dunno: Umm now I know and be careful with our honda.
 
In post #13, where I first post... WHERE did I mention "Europe"? I haven't excluded Europe. I am speaking for "FOREIGN" Foreign cars includes cars that is made OUTSIDE of the USA! I made it clear that foreign cars parts are very expensive to repair. I mean more than domestic! That is it! You need to be careful because I can read and I can post clearly. Your turning me off already, and I might put you on ignore list with Volcomskatz!

Kia SUCKS!!! they fall apart easily, best warranty? Its HOGWASH! My friend had it and REGRETTED That he bought it!!!
