I am seeing a lot of DVDs out there that have no closed-captions/subtitles that are being sold privately. These are mostly self-help DVDs like how to trade the stock market, how to get out of debt, etc. Things like that. Is there a service out there that if I sent in the DVDs, someone can transcribe notes on paper or word format that I can follow? Hopefully these services are cheap and worthwhile but I've seen services that cost a minimum of $500 bucks a DVD!
