There is a good place to rent a private cabin in Brewster, Massachusetts. Julie offers her customers to go on a horse trail at Nickerson State Park. If you do not have a horse, she has horses on her farm. She can take you with her horses on a beach only in the fall or spring. (If you rather just to rent a cabin, that is no problem.)

You could bring your own bike to go on a very long bike trail. There are many different bike trails at Cape Cod.

It takes 40 minutes for you to drive to Provincetown, MA - several shops, nice beaches, ferry boat to watch whales, and a lot more activities. (Note: It is very hard to find available rooms at any hotel especially in the summer if it the price is reasonable.) Julie's place is a good spot in the middle of cape cod.

I personally like the cabin because it is very clean and a quiet place. It has air conditioner and a heater in the winter. I saw some deers in the woods. Julie is hearing and she knows sign languages. She used to be an interpreter. I am impressed this woman.

I found Julie's website: http://www.capecodbedandbarn.com
You can contact her by e-mail if you have any question. Just let her know that you are hearing-impaired.
