I went to Walmart tonight for groceries...

Anyhow, I noticed there were cans of PIGS FEET!! They are RAWS ~

I grabbed and looked at it...I was :jaw: :barf: :barf: :barf:

I couldn't believe my own eyes seen that! I have never seen or heard of it before! I cant imagine if anyone could eat those!

If anyone eat those..they must be

I think I need to drink  tonight instead that I'm drinking Dr. Pepper..

I never heard of canned pig's feet but actualy I do eat these - fresh- you cook them with or without nice beef chunks, veggies, spices,
and then when they are cooked so well so meat is easily falling off the bone you throw the bones away, cut the stuff into small pieces and pour the stew into containers. When they set, it's called headcheese.
You eat it with vinegar or lemon juice. yummy!!

Eh? Don't tell me where to find that at, I don't want to know. :barf:

I saw a pig nose at tops at the meat department, there's no way I'm trying that! :ugh:

Remember to use a Kleenex on it before throwing it in the frying pan or oven!

LOL!
I wonder why they have those paper towels at the meat counters? mmm
is it for people to use when they wanna barf when they see them
pigs feet, cows tongues, pig noses (?), etc....LOL!

People who are drunk have no problems eating that. You'd find them in bars along with pig snouts, escargots, and other weird food.

AGREED!!!! WHY ON THE EARTH WOULD ANYONE WANT TO EAT THAT KIND OF SHIT???

You see you eat what you were taught to eat. Have you been born into some say, deep African bush family you would be eating some squrimy grubs and consider them delicacies. Also, quite possible that it would be an important source of protein for you, so you'd simply have to.

people all over the world eat many different things which might be normal at one place and considered outrageous at another.
For example I have seen on tv how in some Asian country people eats live squids or whatever it was, still moving on their plate and in their hands when they were wrapping the poor creature's tentacles around its own body and then they were biting into it.

I preffer my yucky pig's feet, thank you. At least it's cooked, and the animal does not suffer.

I have seen bottles of pickle pigs feet at grocery stores! That sure is not Kosher!!

As for the query can pig feet be "kosher" can be answered- can a whole pig be kosher?

Sobeys- a food chain- here in Toronto sell fresh pig feet at $1.99 a pound.
Still no desire to "sample"-at all.

I was joking! Now what do you think? ;)

To update today=Pig feet-raw?/cooked? anybody?
Walmart special?

No, but I do eat beef tongue. It's the most tender bit of beef you can imagine. So full or rich beef flavor and so tender it melts in your mouth.

I also eat beef heart and liver. I want to try beef kidneys soon.

The organ meats have the highest nutritional value, especially if the cow was grassfed instead of corn fed when alive.
