Hello, I know you guys get A LOT of questions from ASL students so I apologize for my asking in advance. I am an ASL 2 student working on my final project- a story. The story I chose... well I didn't realize just how complicated it was until after I finalized doing it for my final project with my teacher. It's a book with a LOT of British English and silly words (children's book) that has made me so completely anxious whenever I sit down to attempt to gloss. Would anyone be so kind as to help me gloss some of my book? By the way, I am able to have help with my final otherwise I would never ask!

Just look up the words online and the once that dont have a translation just act it out. For my class i had to do a dr. Suess story and it has all those made up words

My teacher wants the people who are doing stories to include both ASL and acting scenes. Plus, my book has quite a bit of dialogue and I need to be able to carry it for four to six minutes which I could not do if I just acted it all out. :aw: Kudo's to you for doing Dr. Suess! My teacher has banned pretty much every Dr. Suess book.

Im not a fan of his books. Calm down you will do fine

I'm not either to be honest but they're a pain in the butt to attempt and really easy to mess up from what multiple teachers have said (and is why my teacher has banned them). I'm making some progress I think but it's very slow going.
