Calling a TTY via Computer over Internet.

I am a hearing person.
My sister is deaf.
I would like to communicate with her TTY/TTD through my computer via the internet.
I am hoping there is a service that will allow me to do this much like Instant Messaging.

Is there such a service?

yeppers i use that ALL the time too, So yah nextalk.net and if u wanna use an instant messager, u can via AIM or Yahoo or MSN either way thier all free :)
