With the Occupy movements gaining steam here in the US and Canada, we need an Occupy AG Bell/Auditory Verbal International movement for us Deafies. Oralism is a business and
they're pretty much profitting off of us. They insist in order to suceed and get jobs, we have to spend money on CIs and hearing aids...which gives us SOME access to the hearing world.....but it also enriches the pay of healthcare companies CEOS!!!!! Who's with me? We need to promote ASL and stop the auditory verbal movement in its tracks!

Hell, maybe we could do this for real......like get a bunch of Deafies to camp out outside of the AG Bad offices in Washington DC!

Didn't Occupy Wallstreet start out like this? Some guy gets a bunch of people to do it and posted it on facebook and twitter and then before you realize it, an entire city park on Wall Street is occupied.
 
I consulted with my friends and we all agreed its not even worth giving AGB the publicity.
