California could be next oil boom state

That is why my prediction for all electric vehicles won't materialize in our life.

I don't agree with you because it take many years for electric vehicles to improve and become more cheaper, so they use technology. It will become more standard about many years later.

Also, the oil drilling in California will be more challenged because of politically charged.
 
Ha! Electric cars were invented 10 years before the Internal Combustion (Gas) engine were invented. Whats more, Gas prices in Europe has been double than here, and they have NOT even switch to electric vehicle as of yet.

Even bleaker picture, all of auto maker admitted they failed to reach their sales goal with electric vehicle, not even passed half way goal mark.

We didn't have advanced technologies for electric cars in 19th and 20th Century, so having electric cars flawlessly as gas powered cars require a lot of technologies and it will take very time.

Most cars in Europe are diesel powered and they are more shorter distance than our country - USA is very bigger and our roads are over thousands of mile from coast to coast. The taxes in Europe contributed to high gas price.

The sales of electric/hybrid cars have went up now - my father got Toyota Prius.

Europe space is limited than here, which makes it easier with electric cars because it takes hours and hours to recharge, here it is not practical, and it would take maybe 200 or 300 years from now to make it feasible in America.

Natural gas vehicle may be in horizon, The main reason America wants gas is convince, they don't want to wait more than 5 minutes to refuel their vehicles when on long distance trip. That is how American fall in love with cars in 1906 when horses can only travel limited where gas there is no limit in traveling.

Again, Electric Vehicle sales is just a drop in the bucket. So it is joke anyway. And I will NEVER buy all electric vehicle, no way!

I don't think it will be 200 to 300 years, but about 50 to 100 years are possible, depending on how much technology will goes advanced.

:hmm:I vote for Atlantis. It'll be closer to deep sea oil deposits and we can continue to pump pollution into the atmosphere! Plus if our magnetic field craps out, we won't have to worry about the Sun so much. :laugh2:
