Calendars?

My parents and I were just discussing about how out of sync the family is with each other's schedules. I thought about having an online calendar where users can sign on and add events to one main calendar for the family. The problem is that there are so many calendars out there that seems to require a lot of skill to install and/or cost $$$ to install/use. Is there a decent one out there you have seen that is free or cost less than 25 bucks? Please let me know!! I am still browsing for them on Google.

Try doing a search for "calendar php free". I'm sure you can find some that uses PHP but is user-friendly for your family. You could also use Yahoo. I think they have something for you. :dunno:

This might be your best free option. I belive MSN has one as well.

I use a calendar for my deaf club website but it's only a display, not changeable by users.

it uses iCal files (Mac OS iCalendar, Sunbird, and other iCal compatible programs)

Any other web-based calendar program will probably require SQL or some other database to make it work.



Here is a Free option... (assuming you have a web server to put the website on)

use the PHPiCalendar from the link above. then have every one make their own .ics files. and then have them upload the ics files to the server and viola!

interesting...thnks, i was hoping to find web calendars
rather than php ... i was surprised that hotmail have
a pretty good calendar
 
I have transparent calendar... awe!

Beautiful.... I forgot url... that what I found and download it.. which it's FREEWARE! :)
