Nah, I asked someone that who works at T-Mobile, they said it will release in late June or early July.

I did ask T Mobil customer service. They said, they will release in September or October in Massachusetts. I still have sidekick one since June 2004.

Oh, that's strange. I did ask T Mobile Customer Service, they said they will release in June or July in Washington State?

Yeah, everyone has called customer service and asked. They have no clue, they're just making up dates.

There's rumors of every date possible out there on the 'net. Check out various other forums and rumor sites. They say June 26th, July 9, July 10, September 9, October 1, November 15.

Someone spread the rumor that July 10 was the UN-official date on "TMobileNews.com" which is a private Tmobile internet site. A bunch of websites picked up the rumor and started saying it was "fact" or "very reliable rumor" or "unconfirmed but we trust the source with a briefcase full of unmarked, non sequential dollar bills."
 
Yup, even on T-mobile website AND Danger, Inc. Website didn't say anything about any new releases. Check out for yourself, www.danger.com and you will understand.

I would not get any hopes up for new SK. I have SK, and Im ok with it and not looking forward anything new.

Two points:

1) Just because no one else has a supply of the Sidekick 2, doesn't mean that the Sidekick 3 is "coming soon"

2) Just because no one else has a supply of the Sidekick 2, doesn't mean that the Sidekick 2 is not longer being sold. It just means there isn't a supply anymore. T-Mobile is still selling it. Danger is still only promoting the Sidekick 2.

You don't want to jump to the conclusion that "OMG ze SK3 is coming!" based on rumors and an FCC submission. Heck, some people were led to believe that it was going to have "VP capabilities" but now that it's shown that it won't have it, they're not interested in it.

T-Mobile in LA area had already took SK2 off from market and discontinued for good.

I'm sure it will release on June 26, if not then in July.
 
Hey, I got the information! Well, it is confirmed that SK3 will be coming out soon. BUT don't get too excited. Want know the truth? It won't be any major change from SK2! Not really much! Only few add features, like blue tooth connectivity, added Yahoo IM, MSN IM, couple other features. That is all! The rest is pretty much the same as SK2. From what I learn, it isn't worth shell out hundred of dollars for little enchancement.
