Bush: Obama scoped daughters' bedrooms

We haven't seen more than one kid in White House with president since JFK. Isn't it?

Oh, come on, guys...

I know some of you are being sarcastic, but these are kids. I don't think they're going to care what bedroom becomes theirs or the history that is attached to a particular bedroom.

When a President takes office, they redecorate the personal living quarters, anyway. Each room they occupy is going to have their own personal touch added to it, so it will become theirs as long as Obama is President.

Ocean,

I agree with your post. Don't mind me. I'm in a sarcastic mood today.

There's some ghosts in bedrooms at White House - so I heard.

Yes there are ghost legends like Lincoln never leaving because he felt his term unfulfilled. And about bad luck to those sleeping in Lincoln's bedroom.

It is a little fun to speculate and gossip about the White House and its inhabitants. Quite harmless fun.

Life magazine was popular and successful for years with beautiful pictures of presidents, and their families.

Slightly off topic, I wish that "Eye Roll" smily would be removed. It is juvenile and like a third grade bully.

Key words:

"ghost legends". In other words, just stories that are batted around that should not be taken seriously.

I agree. You can talk this over with one of the moderators through PM. :)

Even if the  emoticon were removed, it wouldn't prevent someone from typing <rolling eyes> so I don't see the point.

Exactly. Besides that, I think most of AD generally decide these things by vote, anyway.

Personally, I like the rolling eyes emoticon. Some may think it's rude, and thats OK. There are emoticons I don't particularly like myself, but I also don't use them. People can always choose to ignore things that irritate them.

I heard of ghosts being the slaves that they had long time ago before lincoln.

But they shouldn't bother the blackies after all, the slaves were blackies.
