British Court Allows Transsexual to be Transferred to Women's Prison

they use broom sticks and other objects instead of a penis....

It means you don't care about transsexual woman (vagina-boob) get beat up or rape to death in male prison.

If transsexual woman has penis-boob then it should be in isolation.
 
Maybe so...but noone knows exactly what she used....she was convicted of murder, then rape. It's apparent she's ill and prison isn't the place for a violent person as she is w/gender questions, etc. She was still a man when she commited these crimes.

Yup, not all transsexual women has penis, some of them has convert to vagina.

So? The crimes she committed have nothing to do with her gender identity. I don't see how the fact she was "a man" has anything to do with which prison she belongs in now. The fact is she is female in all ways except physiological.

And, since she has completed all of her reassignment except surgery, she is biologically more female than male. No doubt her testicles have atrophied, rendering her penis non-functional in terms of sexual penetration.

I'll be damn if I know....she must be a strong "female" to be able to choke her roomate to death....then try to rape another female (with God knows what).

She has boobs and acts like a "female" so it's not male prison for her (even tho' she was born a male)....she still has a Penis so they decide to put her in with the women. For those women prisoners who aren't gay, they'll have a "party" with her.....and those women prisoners who are gay...more than likely, will do the same!

I just dunno! Maybe isolated confinement until she has completed the surgery>?? The crimes she committed are worthy of execution....so I don't feel sorry for "him/her"......Bad timing, huh?

Many biological females have been strong enough to commit murder.

i wonder what would the ruling would be if it happened in the US :hmm:

there is a family in this area. the husband had a sex change. so the daughter now refers to her dad as her aunt. they moved up here from either brooklyn or queens NY. anyway the guy that had the sex change was busted by the ATF for dealing firearms. I wonder what the court is going to do with with the gun dealer. :hmm:
will the gun dealer go to a male cell block or a female block?

Good question. If she completed reassignment surgery, then I would say they would have to send her to a women's prison.
