interest about blame issues.
Parents don't need their kid to be more strict and obey anything.
But teacher is responbile who bring kids around and make sure every child listen what teacher been told... "no gum, no horse around, blah blah"
If the teacher didn't tell what students suppose do, then it might be teacher's fault. Hmm?
Maybe Art Museum didn't put sign that said so.
Once time, when I was college student and went to art museum, when I was bore and lean on the blank wall. One of staff told me, please dont lean on the wall. So, I got away from the wall. That was embarrass and didn't know because I haven't been in art museum for a long time. haha.

when I told him about this issues during evening snack few hours ago.
it shows that a boy disrespect the rules what school, museum etc set. Everyone knows it´s wrong...

but I see what a boy did is too far than most kids break the rules and also use their curiously, too.
