just because they filed Chapter 11 doesn't mean it's going out of business. it's just a protection against bankruptcy in order to undergo internal change. Happens all the time to many companies.

With the e-ink it doesn't look/act like a computer screen. It looks just like you're reading from a piece of paper. I have the Kobo.
