I know this is not the appropriate forum to place these photos, so I will ask the mods that this thread stay here for the weekend then appropriately moved to the pictures forum on Monday. I want to give everyone a chance to view some of my firework show photos. All of these were taken in my hometown.

Enjoy!

I also apologize for the fuzziness. I did not have my tripod with me (mistake number 1), my hands were shaky from a dropping BGL (mistake number 2) and these are all raw photos directly from the camera, no editing whatsoever (likely mistake number 3).

Very pretty pictures... I remember from view the beautiful firework when I was in Naperville, USA last year.

It is beautiful. I forget to bring my camera to record the fireworks.

Beutiful pics! I tried taking pics of the fireworks over the Baltimore port...they didnt show up on the pics...grrr!

Wow, it is beautiful to show the fireworks. I could never take the pictures like that. It must be a very special camera that can capture the fireworks at night. Can you tell us what kind of camera that can take pictures of fireworks? Hopefully it would be affordable to buy this camera which we can take during the fireworks at night. You did a good job at it even if it is fuzzy but it don't like much like fuzzy to me. Bravo!!! ;)

my camera is a Sony DSC-H7. It sells for around $500-$600 USD depending on the retailer and what accessories and doodads you want with it.
