I have hard time move the white wheel middle my blackberry 8830???

Maybe it got dropped and is out of the track?

You may need to send for repair.
 
Use your butt to pop in that ball, and it'll work fine again! :laugh2:

Philip, I had same experinced..Because you didn't clean trackball inside, but you can clean it by yourself.. you need to uninstall trackball off and throw it into a rubbing alcohol, leave it for 30 mins, then take it out of rubbing alcohol & let it drying for 15 mins before you reinstall it. as basic concept you clean earring stuffs. my trackball is great after I cleaned it off the dirty dust inside. I am glad I did!

Thanks so much!!! I just wipes with lightly dump ( not too wet) alcohol paper on it .. its works!! instead uninstall the trackball off! ;)
