I did a whois on that IP. Apparently its Malaysian owned. The email listed for admin for the IP is gmen@tm.net.my

Same here. I found several missed calls on the vp and talked with a friend who said she has been getting "advertisement calls." I will not even bother calling back if I do not know who it is.
 
I guess not missing much having only TTY.
