It's true, Latino population is already outnumber Black population since late 90's but percent for blacks would be around under 14% in 2050 because their birth rate is low compared to Latino and Asian babies but little higher than white babies. I was surprised that Reserve Migration is started in 90's when majority of blacks are start leaving from Southwest (mainly in California), Upper Midwest (Detroit and Chicago), Northeast (NYC, NJ) to Southeast for new homes, make flavor with black culture and good history toward them but Northwest (Seattle, Portland) are going be nearly peak in next decade or so. Great Migration was where mainly blacks are leaving from South to anywhere in US but it was started after WWII until 1970's.
In 1980's, LA was 25% Black population but it went declined to 16% in 1990's and 11% in 2000 but it's still declining because Latino is now become majority in South LA that where former Black neighborhood since 1940's until 1990's but that sadly because South LA has rich of black history but never forgot about it. Now, Blacks are just live in anywhere in LA County and start into integrated with other races.
