Bill Gates' plan will hurt xbox 360?

I wondered his plan leaving mircosoft as whatever his job is will hurt xbox 360 or will it make it better in the future? Bill Gates said he will be still with miscrosoft but he wont do his job as he had been working every since. So someone that worked for Bill for few years is going to take over.
 
He is still the owner of Microsoft anyway so who knows if he will get back into business with Microsoft again? He just wanna do something different for his life now like working with charaties or something like that.
 
From reading on the t.v. news He wants more time to devote to his family and focus on the foundation that he set up to help people who don't have a home or something like that. He still will be the boss but he will just have somebody run it for him. If he was to give somebody the reins then he would obivously have shown him the reins for maybe 3 or 4 years before he was ready to take over everyday operations at Microsoft. Look, Bill Gates is not getting younger anymore. I think he wants to enjoy his family and he is getting visibly older now so that makes alots of sense. I don't think this will affect sales too much, he may lose business for a while because there is a new guy on the neighborhood block but it will not hurt Microsoft that much at all.
 
Bill Gate is just one of hundred people that runs Micro$oft, and having him leaving the post won't have much impact on Micro$oft. Whats more, Micro$oft is already HUGE, HUGE, HUGE company and it is gonna take long long long time to break them down! Resignation of Bill Gate isn't enough to break them down. Whats more, there are hundred, thousands of people who now "Owns" Micro$oft though stockholding. So Micro$oft is gonna to stay.

Whats more, Micro$oft got plenty of divisions and Bill Gates usually don't control every divisions, but more of "Oversees" the operation, so having somebody replacing Bill Gate won't have much impact because it is only "Overseeing" position.

Perfect example: Sam Walton, the owner of Wal-fart... He passed away, did Wal-fart went down with him? OFC not! Wal-fart still grows and thrives.

Yeah but the point is will Bill's departure will hurt Xbox 360's furture? I dont care about microsoft on windows and other stuffs but xbox 360. If someone take over Bill's positions will that person ruined xbox 360 or make it better? Thats was my main question here. Look at who's handling Nintendo Gamecube.. they are screwed worst than N64. I love NES and then N64... now gamecube sucks and look at Wii .. they look horrible bad. I bet someone took over Nintendo and handled it bad. I was worried about the same thing to xbox 360. This replacement guy better do good job.
 
Not really, I wouldnt worry about it. Bill Gate has very little impact on this part of his company. Remember, he got plenty of money, and he just pay somebody to run the Xbox department. And he will STILL pay for that department anyway.

I wouldn't worry about the 360's, from what I know, he don't work in that department, he oversees it, but someelse is in charge of the 360, not gate. I'll see if I remmember that guy's name lol.

what you should worry is the over all corpation and maybe the vista? I'm not sure if he work in that area though or he hire people to make vista for him.
 
Most of the time CEO don't work on the "Floor". CEO is just making BS meeting and things like that to get the company's image going on. If there is legal issues, or a BIG customer wants to start doing business with CEO's company... things like that. Of course, sometimes CEO comes to the floor just to check the operations and if there is problem, usually CEO will report to HR/supervisor and let them deal with the problem. CEO rarely interact with lower level employees UNLESS the company is very very small.

i read the newspaper somewhere.. other rich man Warren Buffett is giving $30.7 billion dollars to bill gates as gift :jaw: for his foundation
 
My take on the latest Gates move is he's jumping ship or looking for a scapegoat. I seen this kind of moves by corporate kingpins.

Hi NascarZing, You seem familiar to me. Were you on one of the ASL video story telling and funny ASL performances on I can't remember the name of the website but there were guys like Billy, who else I can't remember right now but you were doing a story with the VP remote white light and telling a very good story which I enjoyed your ASL presentation and the another one was of a motorcycle. Is that you ?

White light remote and motorcycle? Nah I dont think so but I did preformed Deaf Time Travler short film. Check my site www.deaf360.com and I have few of my short films I have acted in them. Maybe that help you remembered who I am? LOL.
 
Oh yeah "Deat Time Travler" was lost. I didn't save it in my cd when I lost my computer due to crash. Disappointed. I used to made awesome clips of myself "Deaf Time Travler", "My drink", and some other shorts. I hope someone saved those clips so I can put those back in my website.

Yes I remember you now and I think the website was blue with many different actors like Billy and another girl Stacey and another guy that opens the refrigator and bangs on it then laughs and goes on some strange roller coaster trip then at the end his daughter comes and says her dad is crazy but that she loves him which was very nice. I saw another one with a Texas cowboy story things like that. I think you may find the Deaf time traveler film on there because I know I saw you on there for sure and you were on the couch on the living room doing an ASL presentation and all of a sudden you see beautiful women, Amen to that !!!!! :) :thumb: :cheers:

And the roller coaster in the fridge is Tom N.

Me see beautiful women in there? You must be talking about another actor guy and it wasnt me. If I did make a film with beautiful women and for sure my girlfriend would slap my face! LOL

Whoa okay, Excuse me right there, Honestly, I had no way of knowing that because there were so many good actors on there that I was not sure who was who because I saw it last year. I had not been to that website for a long time I think more than one year and that is why I was working from my memory. I am also from Texas too. I was born in Houston, Texas and now live in Pennsylvania. To let you know the first movie aslmovies.com does not work link? The 2nd one works great and I am watching how to make a movie because I would like to make some movies myself too. Have fun and I will bookmark your website and the another one from qsuno.com too. Yeah I was surprised that ASLmovies.com are no longer there anymore. Funny thing this owner of aslmovies.com sold his site for 800 dollars to another deaf fellas from Tenn and this fellas dont know how to do the website thingy... and now its gone! Poor fellas losing money for nothing. He should had bought xbox 360 with bunches of games instead lol.
