1st question...
Reason I would have great oppurantly become new mod this site because want to giving share feedback postive or negivate discussion w/male mods on this site due how men or women's feel may be attack wrong specific.. I would be very happy help and solve the problem than putting you looks bad.. That great challenge for me and become mod here.

2nd Question..
I do believe strongly equal for everyones as condiser "Deaf family part of alldeaf" I want to be being good mod repluation this site because it's part of my job duties respect ethics of codes following up. If problem some of members, I'll be very happy discussion w/first Alex, RR and Vampy and new mod whatever.. comes first before solve the problem prior then will pm'ed you via directly private or post the proprite statements. I do respect everyones AD'ers being equal are same.. I do not believe "favouristim" If you're my friend.. I have to seprate issues do my duties job as seprately from friendship.. What the made choice best interest for alldeaf.com kept clean their nose and strong relationship community better service on this site.

Ah, Here's my trait... Adapt Being good points depend comments quite as such straighten forward as well my lendership shown full of role redeeming feature and quality specialty strength as weak or strong. Least Doesn't matter.. My Character are humour sense as common sense, wise, kind, spirit and open communcation which is my favorite key... "attudies meaning to you as more respect as equal everyone, but may be not perfect as do you expecting seek."

My archive best interest is.. alldeaf effort do the best deaf community for everyones and feel welcomed as condiser your home. Goal is.. enforce fulfill and make good resolve. I'm not let anyone who turns out bad can-opener before gets worst and uglier. KEY IS... TEAMWORK is part MOD for...?
May be... would be fun game does for prize... or else depends rest of mod. Prevouis I do miss and having lot of fun challenge new things. Thinking about brings it again. **cannot be promise (Im not simlair alike election Prez or prime minster kept saying "PROMISE" turns it out broke promise.. Bullymom and I used to live in the same province until I moved away to the States. I met her once and it was only a fleeting moment! She was asking for someone and I pointed him out. She's quite a sweet gal that loves her pudgy bulldogs and she breeds them as well. She does have a website as well. Be sure to PM her for this! She's into animations and she creates her own as well. A devoted mother and wife, you'll be sure to find her putting some of the younger ADers into their places with tough love/advice. Get to know her and maybe if you find the family picture and she's quite a beautiful gal with a warm heart!

Aders, I don't know her very well as much as Bullmom and I are not even close each others, nor being friends.. I honestly am not her favorism she list.. Because i don't believe in favorism people I list.. I am humble and balance between people's quailty and disquailty.. I aint come to ask you people vote bullmom for mod, even though I can say about Bullmom's little personal for who she is, I know she is very friendly, neat, know how to handle people's problem by her solution. once or twice, she know how to handle my temper make me cool off with her thought postive.. she was not tried to mess with my mind and feeling emotions.. thats why I think she is awe-cool on earth I can feel.. I felt comfortable who she is... that all i say for now

Not a problem at all, I just leave ya alone and didn't want to stir up trouble at all because I haven't seen you bashing others. If you would want to change the way your nickname, probably won't be good idea. But I think it would be better off delete that phrase "begins... assimilation you" along with Bullymom because they sounds more dramatic than necessary, and make that "bully" sounds like it really meant than just a breed of a dog... Its up to you, and I am just giving ya my own humble opinion.
