bad mood or good depend emotion

I notice my mood because I have OCD, I understand hard control my feeling my emotion. I understand I feeling belong to my cochlear implant reason with my ocd. I will talk to psychiast and hematologist, I let know tell to my doctor, I will figure out reason my feeling mood. I am not really mood I understand I disturb all the my OCD I am afraid bit lose my control my emotion, I am scared and anxiety disorder I notice funny my body. I am sad. I am very feeling weak, I should be change better med. I understand I learn more mistake feeling low esteem really scared. I understand feeling emotion hard belong to my OCD cause emotion my cochlear implant. I can't change my control I put logs for journal prove show for doctor understand. i know rough emotion and mood swing..

I write in a mood journal and create mood charts (at moodtracker.com) myself for my psychiatrist and therapist to look at. They both find them very helpful to know if I'm rapid cycling, manic, etc.

There are meds you can take for OCD. You may want to ask your psychiatrist about them.

That is sound great. I am glad of you. I thought my cochlear implant cannot help hear. Because I wonder feeling bother OCD. I understand i know feeling my emotion and very worried. I am disappointment to my cochlear implant. I will reimplant I will figure out my idea. I think so good idea. I guess. I interest about to really support to help better communication to you... I understand feeling i know hard to understand...
