I was looking for buying a new back pack for myself for YMCA so I don't have to drag heavy stuff (after swimming, wet, that's why) so I thought of getting myself a new one. I have one but it is OLD and worn out.
So when I googled and found this, I knew it is not good for teenagers to carry so much heavy books and carry it on her/his back. So it is best to get backpack with wheels.
Does your child/ren have backpack with wheels? They are wonderful!

Now he can't lift more than 35 lbs. for the rest of his life. But he has been careful about what he is doing with things. So far he's doing good!
