do you grind the dry green peel cumcumbers and mix with something before you apply on face?

Or you just apply straight away the green peel on your face and neck

May i know the good for rubbing green peels of cucumbers on your face?

Glad i can learn something new here

No, not grind or mixer... Just peel green cuccumber off and put inside of green peeling (not outside of green peeling but inside liquid of green peeling and rub on my face and neck gentle.

while inside of green might be the white part of green.

Oh no, you do not push... If you have any questions then ask simple...

Use inside of green peeling cuccumber is good for remove dead skin cells, dirt & surface fats and leave your skin smooth and soft.

Few others veggies use boiling water...

Mostly steamed veggies..
Tasty rich and deliciously!

Well I often roast my potatoes and I like my green beans crispy. I'll boil them but I think I'll try stir frying 'em one day soon.

When I cook bitter greens like kale, I like them boiled or steamed. I strongly prefer raw spinach to cooked spinach though although I do like to wilt my baby spinach with eggs.

I remember one day my mother served us us crispy beans instead of her usual over cooked beans and I told her I liked her beans. She got upset because she thought I was being sarcastic. No, I was being honset!

Good tips, Liebling..but if i want to eat my veggies
raw, then i do wash them real good cuz of the
pesticides and dirt on them..heh, you know? I
want them CLEAN before i eat them!

Eat raw vegetables...

Depend on kind of raw veggies...

Some veggies, you need to wash to clean with water before eat them...

Sometimes I peeled the vegetables's skin (example carrots) off without wash them and just steam them or eat raw or make salads. It save vitamins.

Apple, I don't peel but wash them with water to clean and eat it. It's same with carrots, potatoes, where skins are on...

Yes, thats what i mean...raw veggies like celery, brocoli, tomatoes,
carrots but i peel them first then i wash, green peppers, etc. as for
potatoes, i wash them real good with veggie brush and bake them with
skins on.
Fruits like apples..i wash the skins thoroughly then i eat with skins.
Yes u right, steaming is best, that way u can save the nutrients.

That's interesting although I don't aprove of microwaving veg. I got rid of my microwave oven as it causes lukemia. I also got rid of my deep fat frying and bought a steamer instead.

Also I avoid getting fruit and veg that isn't organic. The only non organic veg I eat is Kale as I can't find organic kale and I've read it's good for you. I hope the pestacides they are using are not too lethal.

Learned something here, but I never cook the veggie in the boiling water.

I am very insane of cooking many oddly things, as being man myself lol.
